Not sure why this isn’t UE, but that is beside the point. A website visitor’s user experience is different from the structure of the user interface or UI.
The UX requires a lot of analysis and testing of prototypes. UX designers try to figure out how to create the best interaction for the actual people using the website or application.

UX Design is the process of development and improvement of the quality of interaction with a visitor and a organization.
User Experience Design is hands on with research, testing, development, content, and prototyping to test for experience levels.
