A: Our difference is our philosophy. We actively try to eliminate set packages or generic options with features and pricing you may or may not need. Our goal is to maximize our impact on the growth of your business.
Q: What do you consider local?
A: At this time, we consider Lane County Oregon our main “local” base. So, the Eugene and Springfield areas, with Cottage Grove and Junction City being the easy outliers. We do work with areas outside of that, we are in areas further from this location less often, so meetings in person are a little more delayed.
Q: Will you work with someone that is not local?
A: Yes, our main focus in small and locally owned business. If we can help positively impact your small business and the distance does not negatively impact our ability to provide services, than we will work with you.
Q: What do you mean by digital marketing?
A: Primarily, we consider digital marketing to be about social media presence, email marketing, search engine ranking and your web page.
Q: How is Pro WiFi FREE?
A: You must qualify for the service to be free, while qualification is not difficult, it does allow us to maintain standards of service. Please contact us, if this service interests you.
Q: Do you provide services that are not highlighted on your website?
A: Yes, we provide many services that are not listed on our website. However, we do not provide them as individual services. Example: We do provide PPC or Pay-per-click campaign services, but not if we are not also providing SEO or web site services. This is to provide better and more affordable service options to our customers.
Q: How much do services cost?
A: It starts at FREE and goes up from there, depending on the service(s). We do try to have as many services and service options for under $100-$200/month, but again it depends on the service. In an effort to keep costs for the customer low, we customize services to eliminate unnecessary items. Q: How much does it cost to have a website built?
A: This also depends, but as an example, a non ecommerce site can start at $40/month without any set-up fees. This would be for a fairly basic website, but does include the design of the site, domain name, registrar privacy, hosting, and ssl cert. Our average cost for a non ecommerce site is $95/month.
Q: What is your definition of an ecommerce site?
A: If you sell goods or services, process transactions, and/or retain customer information on your website, than it is considered ecommerce. The reason for this, is the security of information needed to protect your visitors/customers.
