Craft beer has taken the world by storm, and Lane County is home to some of the industry leaders in the forefront of this movement.  Whether you’re looking for a hoppy beer or a sweet cider, there is something for everyone.  Read up about the local breweries below, and sample them all and decide for yourself which brews are for you:

  • Agrarian Ales grows ten varieties of hops on their Coburg property, brewing their tasty brews with historic Belgian-style methods.
  • Brewers , Local 180 Public House, located in Oakridge, is Oregon’s only authentic ale public house and brewery. They offer genuine British cask ales which are naturally carbonated.
  • Elkhorn Brewery creates their own soda, cider, beer, and mead serving it in their restaurant location near the University of Oregon campus.
  • Hardknocks Brewing is home to Cottage Grove’s first and only microbrewery. They currently have eleven homemade labels on tap.
  • Hop Valley Brewing Company currently has two locations, one in the Gateway area as well as one in the Fermentation District of Eugene. Hop Valley prides itself on using Willamette Valley hops, grains, and yeasts in all their products.
  • Ninkasi offers seasonal and special release labels that are constantly changing at their tasting room in the Fermentation District of Eugene.
  • Oakshire Brewing brews multiple styles of beer from Northwest Ales, Lagers, Wild Ales, Barrel Aged Beers, and more. Their tasting room is located in the Fermentation District of Eugene.
  • Plank Town Brewery offers at least ten distinctive house-brewed beers at any given time, specializing in barrel-aged and sour beers at their downtown Springfield restaurant and brewery.
  • Steelhead Brewery is one of the older breweries in the downtown Eugene area, having won more than 24 awards since 1991. Their beers are brewed small batches creating fresh selections at all times.
