Q: What if I have a Google MyBusiness Listing already?
A: We will need you to add us as a manager of the listing, so we can manage it for you. This applies to Yelp and Facebook as well.
Q: What if I don’t have a Google MyBusiness Listing?
A: We create one for you and add you as owner. A physical address is required by google to send a verification postcard to the location and you will need to provide us the code on the postcard when it arrives.
Q: How do you respond to reviews?
A: For positive reviews, we acknowledge the reviews and say some form of thank you. For negative reviews, we discuss your preferences for preferred responses or hand-offs for you to manage.
Q: How do you know who to send review requests to?
A: You will send us the First Name and Email of every customer you would like a review request sent to. It is up to you, if you choose to send the list daily, weekly or monthly. We will work with you for the best method, based on your business.
Q: What if I change my hours?
A: You just need to let us know and we will get the change completed for you.
